His pride and his soul.

That was my submission for the the "Takahashi Scrapbook Project".

This is the first time I try a style like this and honestly, I am very satisfied with the result. Basically the title fits with what I am feeling right now XD The composition is what killed me since I had no idea what to draw and something that started with a 10 minute sketch of Seto staring blankly at the screen, turned out to be this thing.

I will be making a gif with the progress for it since I actually kept progress this time. Also I think i will start using this style more regularly from now on. It just gives me so much more to work with, and even though it is really time consuming it is certainly worth it. Priest Seto has to be my favorite one out of them all, even though I painted his gold stuff at least 4 times. As for the background.... Yeah I suffered with it xD

I almost gave up because I didn't think I could finish it on time. But I did and I am happy. I wanted to make it symbolic, since I don't think ships were allowed so I had to cram 4 characters in one picture somehow and make it work.
